As in all purchases through Amazon - one can't help but pleased by the secure sale site/Low prices/expedient shipping and excellent customer service IF and when needed by everyone associated with Amazon. Giving the ink itself review as 4 stars.
They reduced the capacity only to milk people for more money. Generally the #27 has been one of Hewlett Packards Greedy underhanded money makers because it is basically the same as the 56 except it holds half the ink. And forget about buying the 56 if you have the cheapo printer, HP only lets the expensive printers use both , not the other way around. We have an HP 6110 All in one printer that specs the #56 cartridge that holds 19ml, while it does not list the 27 as compatible there are charts here and there that do. Take it from me it works fine.
I wish they can sell this a bit lower than it's original price because it's frustrating when the ink is gone in a month. I have no choice but to buy this product for my printer.
Direct from hp, the total cost was US $ 18.99 INCLUDING SHIPPING but without flim-flam. What flim-flam. Every consumer needs to become suspicious when any seller wants you to add the item to your shopping cart without knowing [a] price, and [b] "shipping, handling, and other suchlike". I added it, found out the price was stated to be US $ 17.88 plus shipping, THAT ADD-ON UNSTATED.
HP ink is the quality one would expect from HP- I was printing a book which was on line-it would have been just as expensive to buy the book than to print it-no savings.
